Student Dashboard and Exam Prep Upgrade Information

• You are getting an upgrade! Colibri Real Estate will be upgrading all students to a new dashboard and exam prep program the week of July 21.

  Why are we excited about our new exam prep program?

  • You can track your results by the topics you will encounter on the state licensing exam.
  • You will get access to digital flashcard to help you study.
  • You can create your own exams based on the topics you choose.

  How does this affect you?

  • Your student dashboard will have a new look when you log in Colibri Real Estate.
  • You will still see your course progress but you will no longer be able to see or set your goal pace.
  • If you haven’t started using Exam Prep Master and don’t plan to start using it before July 17, 2019, you will not be affected. The upgraded Exam Prep will be waiting in your account when you are ready for it.
  • If you have started using Exam Prep Master, your existing program will be removed and replaced with the upgrade in mid-July. You will start over with updated questions, digital flashcards, and better progress tracking with a full 180-day access to the prep.

  What about Pass or Don’t Pay?

  Pass or Don’t Pay is still our guarantee. Take all progress and final exams until you earn 80% or better on each one and we will guarantee* you pass your state licensing exam on your first try.

  
  *Unfortunately, the states of Florida and Tennessee do not permit guarantees to passing the real estate license exam. To remain compliant, we cannot offer or honor the Pass or Don't Pay guarantee in Florida or Tennessee.
